1. Most orders placed before 4pm Est will be received by the customer the next business day. All orders are shipped UPS ground and most are received the next business day, even the ones the qualify for free shipping!
   
   
2. There is no guarantee that your order will be received the next business day.  Contact customer service for arrival date, before ordering.
   
   
3. Order arrival is determined by customer location, item availability, shipping method, and transaction processing time.
   
   
4. Please note that all orders are shipped from the closest warehouse in which the ENTIRE order can be fullfilled.
   

UPS Shipping

• All orders, unless specified, will ship UPS Ground.  In order to process orders in an efficient manner we are tied directly in with the UPS system. 

• If any item selected is too large to ship by UPS then you will be asked for Shipping Charges (freight charges may vary).  Any order shipping freight is not eligible for next-day delivery, however we've had many customers receive freight orders next day.  Order arrival depends on customer proximity from warehouse loactions and item availability.
